OUR STORY

2005-2015 – Over the years

Our summer event remained intimate between family and friends. We celebrated birthdays and knew it was time to grow with more attendees over the years to come.

2020 – Giving Back in a Crisis

Four years later, in the midst of a global pandemic, we gave back—providing a safe and free event for hundreds of guests experiencing hardship, grief, or stress. That year, we realized we had outgrown the beach. We registered WickedFest as an official LLC, welcoming over 1,000 guests.

2025 – The Rodeo

Nine years strong, WickedFest LLC hosted a Rodeo-themed event at a prominent Brooklyn location.

2005 – The Beginning

WickedFest began as a private beach day celebrating the birthdays of Ms. Brown and her son Brandon during the second week of August.

2016 – Tradition Takes Root

About 10 years later, we turned the celebration into an annual BBQ at the same beach location, inviting more friends each year—and watching it grow.

2023 – Back to School Drive

We hosted our first community outreach event: a back-to-school drive where we donated backpacks, school supplies, bicycles, and even offered free haircuts for kids—all funded by proceeds from WickedFest.

2026 – 10 Year Anniversary

Meet us at Ivory On The Park for our Decennial Anniversary as we reflect on ten years of built memories, developed community and growth.
